Our General Manager
Lisa grew up in Northern California as a child and moved to Southern California where she attended High School. She went on to pursue her education in San Luis Obispo where she earned her AA Degree at Cuesta College and her Bachelors of Science in Recreation Administration at California Polytechnic State University.
Lisa has spent 39 years in the field of Recreation and Parks as a Recreation Supervisor, Assistant Administrator at West Side Recreation and Park District in Taft, and Executive Director for the Arthritis Association Adaptive Aquatics Center in Bakersfield. In her last career, she worked for 21 years at North of the River Recreation and Park District.
Lisa was hired as General Manager for Coalinga-Huron Recreation and Park District on January 17, 2017. Lisa and her husband moved to Coalinga to have a slower pace of life. The easy commute to work and friendly communities of Coalinga and Huron have been a refreshing change.
Lisa enjoys serving the communities and looks forward to the Measure N Bond opportunities that will bring great things for our communities.
